Growing up with professional Rock'n'Roll dancers as parents, music and dancing has been a part of Alessandra's life from the start. Alessandra attended many different events all over the world, including the Hip Hop and Cheerdance World Championship in Orlando, FL. And at 20 she had her first coaching experience, teaching kids Hip Hop and Streetdance. Despite her passion for dance, Alessandra always loves to try new things. From Kickboxing to Yoga to Crossfit, and now, Indoor Cycling. To share her love in sports, she opened up her own personal training Studio „BLG Sports“ a few years ago. She looks forward to kicking it up a gear, throwing in variety, and even some sexy dance moves with you. Working out with Alessandra's means you'll work off any stress, pump up your mood, and have a blast doing it.

Leticia moved to Zurich in 2014 to be with her Swiss husband and launched Rockin Bods, a personal training company. Always very active growing up, her high energy shines through in every workout. Once a competitive runner and with 3 marathons under her belt, she knows what it means to push past those mental barriers to achieve top physical form. Leticia’s playlists consist mostly of various electronic music, however, her love for rock sneaks its way into every workout, so be prepared to party hard and rock those legs off. Leticia passionately believes that intense physical activity can be the release that people need in order to conquer life’s daily battles. Her plan is that you finish a workout feeling ready to take on that grind sweaty and renewed. The most sober fun you will ever have!
Born and raised in Zurich, Liza knows the city by heart and loves it here. She started ballet classes when she was 4 years old and couldn’t stop since. Pursuing a career as a professional dancer has shown her how much she loves to move, especially in addition to music. Besides being a student at ETH she always loved investing in her fitness and challenging herself. In her power workouts she'll not just make you sweat, but she'll show you what it takes to be a dancer and she'll do it with a killer beat that'll actually make you want to dance.
Felizia grew up in Wattwil SG and has been living and working in Zurich for several years now. She is passionate about her job in real estate but her biggest passion has always been sports. After her time as a gymnast, she started running half marathons as well as marathon distances. Veloburn fascinated her from the first second. She loves to push herself to the limit and wants to pass on this motivation and joy of high-intensity training to others.
Francesca started dancing at the age of five. Since then, movement has been a central part of her life. With her background as a pro athlete, she made a jump from medical school into the sports world and loves it. Today she is a certified fitness trainer specializing in functional training and endurance sports. She believes we all belong to being the best versions of ourselves and she promises to get you there, one sweaty session at a time. Francesca is originally from Italy, born and bred in Roma. She moved to Zurich to pursue a PhD but found her true passion in the fitness world, falling in love with the Velocity community. For her, Veloburn and Power are not just workouts, but full body and mind experiences. Her goal is to motivate people to become the best version of themselves, to push their limits and unleash their inner strength.
Swiss-born Claudia found herself in Thailand four years ago overweight and overindulging in fatty foods and alcohol. Having hit rock-bottom, she re-discovered her passion for exercise and a healthier lifestyle, and found her purpose in life: inspiring others to move! She's a personal trainer specializing in functional training and also teaches boot camps and is an active fitness blogger. Her Beat rides are full of passion, killer beats and a touch of latin flare. Although Kostas’ background is in civil engineering, his passion for sports won him over and over the past few years his entire focus is on assisting people with achieving their individual fitness goals. He started at Velocity teaching Veloburn first and a few months later also Power. His several years of experience in HIIT and Strength workouts in combination with his uplifting beats will give you a rewarding experience, engaging both the body and the mind.
Growing up as a dancer, music and movement were always a huge part of Lena's life. From the moment when she was able to stand on her feet, she started dancing as soon as her father played music. She was always running around because sitting still has been very hard for Lena. Having a lot of energy and feeling the need to move all the time, sports always keep her busy and, most importantly, happy. She loves variety and likes to do many things such as cycling, weightlifting, yoga and ball sports. Now studying sports science at University, her passion for sports has grown even more. For her there is no better feeling than pushing yourself over your limits, getting that heart pumping and feeling amazing afterwards. Lena is an experienced fitness instructor with an extensive background in dance, gymnastics, and other types of fitness. Since she was just a kid she has been constantly getting to know and love different sports. You might recognize her from the front desk in Zug where she started working for Velocity. She now also teaches Power after being inspired to do the Power Academy herself when she tried the workouts at Velocity. Give it a try if you want a real challenge!
Melanie started dancing HipHop & Street Dance at only 4 years old while growing up in Aargau – this became her life’s passion. Although she first went the classic business route, working in an office job for 10 years, she eventually decided to change career paths. She started working as a dancer and with time, decided to put more and more energy into other sports and working as a coach with people. Eventually, she tried out Velocity and knew right away that this was the right place for her because it’s where she can combine it all – great music, great people, and fitness!
As a nurse, Mirj always had a passion for nutrition and health. She started with training at the gym 6 years ago to support herself in her daily work and found her love for sport. With her knowledge of anatomy and physiology, she started to become the fittest version of herself. She began to study nutritional coaching in 2019 to help more people reach their health goals. In her Beat ride you will experience powerful beats where you can push yourself to the limit. If you join her Power workouts she will guide you through a challenging full-body workout, designed for every level from beginner to advanced. Reach your goals step by step with her workouts with a lot of good vibes. Since moving to Zurich, Franziska’s interest in health, physiology and nutrition has been steadily growing. She loves all kinds of sports and is always open to trying something new – from getting seriously sweaty in the studio to recharging outside in nature. She started her fitness career at Keiser Training, creating personal training programs for her clients there. Later, after an unfortunate knee injury, she was forced to explore new ways of moving her own body. This lead her to discover the world of indoor cycling at Velocity, and eventually, to sign up for the Veloburn Academy and become an indoor cycling coach herself. In her Veloburn rides, she wants to create a high energy space where you can leave your daily grind behind to focus on just you and your body. She wants you to challenge your body, challenge your mind and leave feeling renewed and loaded with endorphins!
Fitness was always Nadine’s “big love”. As a child, she used to dance in every style, from HipHop to Ballet. She even went to New York City to train as a dancer for some time. Eventually her fitness routine shifted away from dance and more towards working out at the gym. She decided to quit her corporate job in Marketing & Communications to focus on her passion for sports and nutrition. She dove right in, attaining a degree in sports and preventive nutrition and is now pursuing a second certificate as a personal trainer. She completed Velocity's Power Academy in the Spring of 2020 while also working at the front desk. She loves teaching Power in addition to other full-body workouts like HIIT and Strength. In her workouts, everyone is able to push themselves to their own personal limits every time, both in-studio or from home.
From the Zürich highlands where the nature makes it perfect for outdoor sports, Michelle has a passion for all kinds of outdoor activities like running, skiing, or ski mountaineering. Besides that, she also goes to Crossfit at the gym. She grew up doing track and field and has more than 5 years of experience in group fitness coaching. Michelle loves to motivate people to push themselves to their limits and therefore her goal as a coach is to take everyone outside of their comfort zones.
